Robert (Bob) Bowerman
Robert Bowerman started in the agency in February 1989. Bob started with property and casualty insurance business and few years later received his life and health license. Bob is the head of the crop insurance business now, which he knows quite well since he has farmed all his life and owned his own farm since 1977. Bob actually purchased his crop insurance through Art Kirschenmann, the former owner of the agency. Bob has been a member of the North Dakota Professional Insurance Association, and has served on the board of directors on the NDPIA since 1999. Bob sees a great rewards in seeing our customers get the best coverage available towards protecting their financial interest in the time of need.

LaDonna Bowerman

LaDonna and Bob have a son who lives and works in Bismarck and a daughter who lives works in Jamestown. LaDonna and her husband, Bob live on a farm northeast of Steele.

LaDonna has earned the AFIS (Agriculture & Farm Insurance Specialist) designation for farm & agricultural risks.

LaDonna started working in the agency in 1993. She became a fully licensed agent and works in all the areas of insurance, but focuses on farm, homeowners, and commercial. LaDonna is also the bookkeeper for both the agencies.

Jonni Kramlich

Jonni lives on a ranch in Tappen with her husband, Clint and their two daughters, Elayna & Alea. Jonni enjoys photography, gardening, and spending time with her family.

Jonni joined our staff in May of 2000. New to the insurance business right out of college Jonni started as a part time staff person but within a few years became a fully licensed agent. She works with Bob in the crop insurance department but also helps with all the personal and commercial lines.

Stephany Thorsness

Stephany and her husband, Roger live on a small farm east of Tappen, ND. They have a married son and daughter and two grandsons. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Melissa Edwardson

Melissa and her husband, Ryan live in Steele with their 2 sons; Reed and Cole & their daughter Brianna. Ryan works for BEK Communications in Steele. Melissa also enjoys golf, hunting, sports, reading, quilting and spending time with her family. 

Melissa started with the agency in October of 2005 as an agent. She is a fully licensed agent. Melissa works with personal, commercial, and crop insurance. Before coming to Bowerman Insurance, Melissa and her family lived in Wishek and had worked with Raile Insurance Agency.

Laura Remmick

Laura and her husband, David live on the family farm/ranch North of Robinson. Laura enjoys scrapbooking, hunting, and being at the lake. Prior to working at Bowerman Insurance Laura was a Certified Dental Assistant in Bismarck, ND for 4 years.
